Éanna Casey is Chief Executive at Recorded Artists Actors Performers CLG (RAAP) Ireland’s Performers Collection Agency since 2000, he is also Chairman of SCAPR the International Umbrella group for Performer Collective Management Organisations. Casey has been at the forefront of numerous campaigns both in Ireland and across Europe advocating for greater economic rights for Performer, he was formerly an advisor in the Irish Government that introduced the Copyright and Related Rights Act into Ireland. He sees collective management as the most efficient means for Performers to receive their international royalties.
