Hannah Joseph started her career in Music in the early 90’s, selling white labels to specialist record shops around London from the back of her VW Beetle. General assisting for Independent labels (Unheard, Trip hop legend Tricky’s Naive and Third Party’s Jungle label) lead her into the Major label workspace at Mercury Records (L’attitude,Talking Loud, Manifesto). She also cut her teeth in Producer and Artist Mgmt around this time, working for the likes of Rollo Armstrong (Our Tribe, Dido), William Orbit (Madonna, Strange Cargo) and DJ Jeremy Healey to name a few.
Since then Management has been the core of her career, going on to work for 3 of the biggest UK Mgmt companies 19/Native Mgmt (Spice Girls), Crown/ First Access (Jessie J, Sugababes, Ellie Goulding) and 360/ RocNation (Rihanna, Calvin Harris, Swedish House Mafia) representing the interests of the Producers and Songwriters involved in the majority of their Artist’s careers.
In 2013 after completing a Masters in Music Business Mgmt, Hannah launched her own Mgmt company Decibelle Ltd.
Currently representing Grammy award winning Mix engineer Wez Clarke (Sam Smith, Beyonce, Clean Bandit, J Hus, MK), chart topping producer/writer and Ivors Chairman Crispin Hunt (Jake Bugg, Florence and The Machine, Tom Grennan, Ellie Goulding) and legendary Grime Mixer MSM (Skepta, Slow Thai, Drake, Casisdead).
Hannah has various other business interests inc multi media business, KlaAsh (with Reggae veteran Peckings), In Loco Parentis Songs (her publishing JV with CTM Publishing), consultancy work for 365 Artist MGMT and Westminster University (on their Music Business Mgmt MA).
She is also a mentor for the Ivors Academy, a member of the MMF and at the end of 2021 was elected as a Performer Board Director for PPL.
