Jacqueline Pelham-Leigh 

With over 25 years of experience, Jacqueline Pelham-Leigh (JPL) has 100% left her mark in the music industry. Starting as a recording artist, she has seamlessly transitioned into production, songwriting, artist management and the executive side of the music industry working with stars including Alexandra Burke, Jojo, Harmony Samuels, Robin Hannibal, and Conor Maynard. JPL’s work ethic, extensive network and prior experience as an artist have all contributed to her inimitable success. Throughout her career, JPL has opened doors for creators from underrepresented backgrounds, focusing on empowerment, ownership, and longevity. She is currently supporting songwriters and producers as one of the Relationship Manager for Black Music at PRS for Music, a role shared with Amaru Wilcox. JPL continues to prioritise the development of emerging talent with a nurturing hand.
