Recognised as a leading practitioner in Digital Media and technology-related matters, Tom works on a wide range of commercial and media matters and IT projects and regularly deals with IP issues including copyright, trademarks, with a particular specialisation in music rights licensing for both DSPs and public performance users. Tom has extensive practical experience in media and technology, and amassed a large discography from his 15 years as a music producer and engineer. In 2020/21, Tom was invited to give expert evidence to the UK Parliamentary Committee enquiry into the streaming music market. Tom has been a partner at Clintons for 15 years and is dual-qualified as a UK solicitor and a New York attorney.
